DELIVERY

We do deliver within the Bay Area or within thee 50-mile radius from our store location.  A minimal delivery fee is charged depending on how far you are located from our store.

Generally, the delivery period is 1-3 weeks provided the items you purchased are in stock and available.  4-8 weeks lead time for delivery is required for custom-made items.  Delivery dates are not guaranteed but are estimated in good faith.  But we will try to deliver as soon as possible.

DELIVERY METHOD

As soon as the items you ordered are available and ready for shipment, we will call you ahead of time to confirm the date of delivery. Then our drivers/delivery people will hand delivers your order from our warehouse to your place.

DELIVERY AREA

 The delivery area is defined by ZIP CODES.  To determine if your place is eligible for delivery, please contact us or email us your information and we will get back to you as soon as possible for the delivery rates. 

DELIVERY RESTRICTION

The following restrictions will apply to manner of delivery of your order from our warehouse.

• Our minimum order for delivery is $500, otherwise we will ask you to pick up the items from our store.
• We will deliver to shipping address only unless otherwise specified.
• Due to insurance policy drivers are not to operate within your home so our delivery is strictly CURBSIDE.  Therefore please find assistance on the day of delivery to help you move the items inside your home.
• In case you want to deliver your items inside yor place, for multi-floor buildings( egs; apartment, condominium, office buildings, townhouses, etc.) an elevator must be accessible for deliveries.
• If the furniture exceeds limitations of the customer's entryway, Royal Designs is not responsible.
• It is stricly implemented that our delivery guys are not allowed to touch any of the existing furniture inside the house for insurance purposes.  Therefore it is your responsibility to make sure that areas where the purchased items be placed should be cleared before the delivery, if not, the delivery manner will be a CURBSIDE delivery.

PICK UP

We do allow and encourage pick up of purchased items.  Our warehouse service department will call you when your purchased item is ready, then you will agree to the date of pick up.  In case you were not able to pick up your item on the agreed date, a corresponding fee will be charge for pulling out your items from the warehouse.
