Orders may be placed on line on our secured website, ordering in the store or by phone. Acceptance of the order is conditional until price, quantity and availability is confirmed. Our customer service will call or email you to confirm your order.

Yes, Royal Designs delivers furniture to any shipping address that lies within 50-mile radius from the location of the store for a minimal fee. Call our (510) 377-1711 for delivery outside the 50-mile radius,
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT ONE?
Cancellation of the order or exchanging it with a different one can be made anytime before delivery. In all cases, cancellation or exchange to a different item will be subjected to 30% restocking fee. The return policy does not apply to ???as is sale???, floor sample sale, clearance sale, mattresses and custom made furniture which are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER AFTER DELIVERY?
Customer has 7 days to return or exchange the purchased items from the day it was delivered. However the 30% restocking fee applies. Returned items should be in its original packaging and undamaged. The return policy does not apply to ???as is sale???, floor sample sale, clearance sale, mattresses and custom made furniture which are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
DO THE PRICES INCLUDE TAXES, DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGES?
The prices advertised on the website do not include delivery and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total price.
WHO CAN PURCHASE?
The purchaser must be atleast 18 years of age and a United States resident living within the 50-mile radius of our store to order products from the website. Beyond 50-mile radius, please call us at (510) 377-1711.
